The Million Dollar Question Is How Do You Find the Overlap?

I've been working in New South Wales government. We have a digital service toolkit which is there to help anyone who's designing and delivering services for our citizens. And so we saw that there was a need, right? The people in those situations had identified problems that they wanted to overcome. So then it sounds like the million dollar question is how do you find the overlap? I think for me, what's really interesting about it is that if you have effective practice, you know, if we do best practice, here's how you've got to think.
