Blackstone defaulted on $1,000,000 black bond to a Finnish property firm. I thought hey maybe this could even be the beginning of this slow motion train wreck in the office space industry because we know right now no one's really occupying many of these offices. We see already in the Swedish real estate markets with all these dividend cuts there because also of leverage and the interest rates at the moment. So I think we're actually experiencing such a slow, how is it in delay wave going through the real estate sector at the moment? Absolutely.
