The Importance of Talent Pooling
The biggest problem, the biggest driver that we've got within our industry is people leaving. How do you keep those people? And it's actually by engaging them and showing and recommending jobs to them. So for us at the moment, we're developing very deep auto tagging to put all of those candidates in a targeted way with a lot of filtering. If you can do that and then use our CRM so you can keep those candidates warm, but also use it for employees as well. There's that bridge between very big on that bridge between TA and L&D.
