The Five Disfunctions of a Team at a Smaller Company

Mike: It is amazing how the differences on bigger companies versus smaller companies. When you're managing through middle management and when you were reading off the five dysfunctions, I'm actually looking at my notes from the book. He says it's definitely easier to incorporate something like the model laid out in the five Dysfunctions of a team at a smaller company. Mike: Just because you don't have a lot of the other variables, I think that at a larger company, it is possible though.
