How to Encourage Young Working Saints to Pick Up the Blast to Serve Together

After more than 10 years serving them, it's still only a few of us serving. Most of the services are on the shoulders of minority of the saints. Many of our shepherding is really not shepherding. The sisters service, the sisters and the God are done way. No matter what the church endeavors to work out, if the sisters do not bear the responsibility, it is very difficult to bring forth anything.
