The partition of british india resulted in the largest migration outside of war and famine. An estimated 12 million people moved across a new border, leaving homes that had been lived in for generations. The gantfive years ago, i too started on a personal mission to change my life. I collected testimonies, including my dads, of those in britain whoh lived through the tum ous events of partition. Over the ast year, as the 70 fifth anniversary approaches, i've been following three of them, spash, mas and kiron, as they try to piece together their family stories.
