The Existential Risk of Nuclear Weapons

In the last two to three years, one could see an argument that those existential risks are seeming to outpace our capacity, our ability to contain them. I'm so glad that you brought up the existential risk of nuclear weapons. We're now seeing unprecedented rhetoric out and around the U.K. war specifically from Vladimir Putin about the potential use of nuclear weapons breaking a 75 year taboo on this technology. But we could also automatically reduce the risk of their being of any future pandemics. One technology I'm particularly excited about is called low wavelength lighting which would make household lighting perfectly safe but set all lasers are boom.
