How to Improve Your Running Form

I take a pretty holistic view of things. I think cues are incredibly helpful, but they have to be given at the right time. A combination of high mileage, speed work, drills, cues, weightlifting can improve your running form. That doesn't necessarily mean I want runners to be running very hard very often. There's this key distinction between fast and hard. And so if we can get runners to consistently and frequently run fast without making it super hard, good things will happen.
