The Implications of Judge Kismeric's Decision on Mythopristone
Five million women in the United States since this was approved in 2000 have had successful pregnancy terminations. Justice Department and drug manufacturer say groups challenging medication don't have a direct injury that would allow them to continue with lawsuit. Judge Kismeric has a long history of anti-abortion beliefs, he did sort of adopt a lot of the language of the anti-abortion movement referring to doctors who terminate pregnancies as abortionists.
