The Importance of Portion Size in the Diet
I'm a picky protein person, so that's part of it. I think if you just kind of start focusing of the meals is like, okay, at each meal, I'm going to have these two cups ish of fruits and veg,. The next thing I am doing is worrying about where I'm getting 30 grams of protein. And I do not pass on to then what else is in the meal, right? Until I have the four ounce of the chicken or the scoop of protein powder or the whatever playing Greek yogurt or all of that stuff.
