The global story since the industrial revolution, and even before, is not convergence, is divergenc everyone is falling behind. And i think it's also very important to realize that this was priod when when everybody was falling behind the advance west. Even in the american economy, on the frontier, you have near three % productivity growth,. And then in west germany, you know, you have six and youn in france or italy, the same. So i is a very, very fast moving target.
