Are You a Foreign Trustee?
If you're a business owner, certainly help fu to have some one that could understand that. Usually when we set this up, you're a trustee nw now. And if you got a spouse, your spouse is a co trustee with you. When the first of you passes away, other one is their surviving trustee. But when the second di goes, or maybe you're single, what's going to happen is we're talking about your successor trustee after you've passed away.
