i believe in democracy, and i actually believe that there's often truth in the middle. Botha carter and i affixing the thing, which would be 18 years, is keyed to the number nine. Once you move off of nine, there's a relationship between 18 years, em and n and nine justices. Thate would be a new person every two years. What makes it worseyou are brushing aside, sort of the core of the argument they're making by just saying that it's crazy. That's what i actually believe.
