The Effects of Methetrexate on Psoriasis

Almost 200 patients with psoriasis were treated with methetrexate monotherapy. Durability was best in the elderly and those that were taking substantially high doses, greater than 15 milligrams per week. Mckissumav is probably going to be approved sometime soon for psoriasis in the United States.
