I've seen Russell grand and a bunch of other people a lot of It's mostly men. I see talking about like Wim Hof or like putting themselves through these kind of like extreme physical tangible Tangible activities That require discipline and maybe a bit of suffering and a discomfort and you get to externalize the internal discomfort Sure. So I just I only I just wonder about it Like do you think that there is something more because of the ways in which we're socialized that is maybe more accessible?
