High proportion of absenteism is mental health driven. A high chunk of that will be due to the pressures and stresses of the wet place. And then you have that invisible one, which is that presentee of some 35 days or the 50 days. You're paying for people to sit there just incapable of actually doing anything. So if it's about the dollar, there's big dollars at stake.
