A freehold will be more continuous in its very rustesian. Ino, there's a resal value that comes from the fact thata some of these will go away. If i own it for the next 50 even if the disaster were to happen on the next five as long as it's not permanent, part of that will be absorbed through time. Ah, and that's how we ended up thinking about it.
