Jacko: I find that if I'm, if I'm the anxious, you know, when I'm talking my mouth is getting dry. So it's just keeping it really, really simple for people. How are you breathing? Is your mouth dry? You know, do your lips sort of dry up? Let's focus on where the breath is coming into the body and reminding them of the importance of nasal breathing.
