New Year's Day Greetings Postcards to Everybody

A man in Japan has stolen 1,000 New Year's cards from people's mailboxes. He admitted the crime and told police he's stolen to distract himself from loneliness. But then there were numerous reports of nearby residents not receiving their cards either. And so on the 16th of January, Nishina Maya postcard of his report of the place that upwards of 1,000 cards were found in various mailboxes around the city. A person fitting the suspects description was seen putting cards at the mailbox. So this guy is clearly a very prolific thief and presumably an even more prolific lonely person. The police have kind of caught him with a card handed, so to speak, on CCTV, back
