The Differences Between Perception and Perception of Risk

I think that being a family in this endeavor makes all the difference because we're all in it together and you can rely on sort of that family level of support when things are going well and things are stressful. I'd say that in this space you know you personal guarantees are a thing. So to me the risk has always been more that somebody else is going to terminate me for some sort of exogenous reason. Having seen so many do well and so many you know close shop for a whole host of reasons, they're all super smart talented people. It could take a lot of different shapes but at least I don't have to worry about some other person deciding that we're going to close
