How to Iterate Very Fast in a Startup?
In the inner pilot, it's ok to not have the perfect quality, because you want to test and learn fast. But then later on, a action is needed to deliver the best quality possible in order to have happy clients. This also goes along with the quality that you deliver. So yes, i think thasa very important differentiation that you just made between the two different faces. It doesn't matter that you fail, because that's how you learn. It's more about how you iter it and how you change.
