How to Interview for a Job in a Technical Role

I was very, very, very glad to hear that I would not have to do any sort of take home assignment. My hypothesis is it could be a few things. The more senior you are in looking for more senior level roles, the less likely you'll have to do that kind of challenge. We were like clients are taking other offers because our process is too long. Like they don't have time to do a take home assignment for a week. They're already getting an offer at another company in that time period. So we adjusted our interview process to be faster, to be more lean, to not miss out on those opportunities.
