A, I fully anticipated my weight to go up a two or three pounds when i started eating a lot more fibre. It did. And within a week, it's already backed down to about what it was before. So if you're struggling to get more fibre in your diet, you don't like eating a ton of beans and vegetables, find some pearled barley on the internet. There are several others as well. Ah, but they're great. Lot of fibre tastes good. Would highly recommend.
