The Up Date Meeting - Can I Grab You for a Few Minutes in My Office?

Clare: I was very confident, i'll be honest. And i had been working around the clock. So we had an up date. And i proceeded to talk for, i don't know, forty five minutes and answer his questions on each work stream. They were all, it was a beginning, but they were all going very well. The boss asked Clare what she thought about her new colleague's first meeting with him. She replied that this is leading somewhere that i'd better figure out pretty dam fast.
