Sales has changed radically, right? Over the past 20, 30 years. And if you had to summarize that in one word, it's from artisanal to industrial. Some salespeople are naturally process oriented, many, the artisans are not. So that is the kind of macro transformation, driving V2B sales. Process is all about measurement, analytics and automation; CRM would be the poster trial for V1 process. The second phase is the one we're in right now, which is really for me from automation to intelligence.
