The Atmosphere of Venus
Venus is the second planet from the sun and is just slightly smaller than earth size. There are no plate tectonics that we know of on venus, and its volcanoes just spring up wherever. The high pressure, high temperature atmosphere is more than 96% carbon dioxide with trace amounts of other gases. If you're standing on the surface of venus, it would be roughly 90 times the pressure of sea level on earth.
