I think loneliness is a big problem right now and I really just think the antidote is obvious spend more time with others face-to-face if it's not loneliness it's just a sense of not knowing what you want to do. If you're somewhere around 21 years of age you have 21 years of relationships that you've built up so try out people who have a genuine interest in you, she says. She also suggests someone go like a young person go about finding a mentor in the virtual first world.
