Jessica and paul have been held captive for three weeks. They were taken to the desert where they are being held against their will by a group of armed men. The kidnappers want them to make a video as a 'proof of life' Jessica is worried that if she doesn't get treatment soon, her condition could become worse. She has no idea how long it will be before some one comes to rescue her.
