How Did You Navigate Going in and Out of Management?
Many people get to a point in their career where they feel like they have to go into management. How did you navigate going in and out? Navigate? Nicesting wood, i'm not sure that i really thought about it. And how i got out of management. My last major rol i was director of engineering at a company am that did consul service o for bi datecenters. I think most of the management problems are in many companies because people above try to maka manage the process too much.
