The way you respond to certain questions will indicate what your attachment style is. Mary mayne's goal in this whole interview was to surprise the unconscious into revealing itself. For avoidant adults, they would kind of say something like a they would say, how as your relationship with your mother? And they'd be like, my relationship with my mother was great. You're not even discussing actually unemotionally or emotionally about your parent lhike. With anxious people, they noticed that they were able to form a very coherent narrative on their relationship with their parents.
