The next day you might wake up if you drink a lot and you feel probably groggy because you definitely didn't get good sleep right like alcohol really affects the quality of sleep. A good breakfast and uh get some coffee um and you're probably pretty much good to go in most cases depending I mean obviously if you drink a ton or if your body reacts differently to to the alcohol or like you know alcohol itself and cause inflammation as well.
