The Problem With the Speaker of the House

When you become the speaker, you sort of half put that to one side. You are supposed to become a bit more neutral. But you also still have to like kind of realize you're working for the government. I don't think this is a problem with the parliamentary system because they're usually appointed on the nod of both sides. There haven't been really, really bad cases where the speaker has been perceived to be too biased.
