Another trend that we've seen in the region, and i'm not referring to pink tide governments here, is a backsliding of democracy. How worried are you about this, and which countries concern you the most? Well, in most countries, i think there's challenges to democracy. In several places. There's been an erosion of democracy in brazil. There's certainly lots of concern in places like peru. And i think whenever you have a very challenging economic situation, there's always a window of opportunity for a populace with authoritarian tendencies.
