The Legend of Jadis in Silver Chair
The queen of Charne is a sorceress that would kill all life so that she could save herself. In Silver Chair, the beavers are giving an account of this white witch and one of the things that they reference is actually the Talmudic legend of Lilith. Lewis makes this reference explicit in both cases where he's telling us like, this is what I'm referencing here. He was so rooted in those worlds that when you understand that picture, both of those characters become so much more powerful.
