Is There a Cure for Alzheimer's Disease?

One of the biggest risks for people with Dan Syndrome is the risk of Alzheimer's disease. We don't even have very good drug therapies for Alzheimer's disease at the moment, so we're really not good at treating it yet. The Lancet Commission on dementia and what we need to be doing, there is this huge emphasis on prevention. And one of the things about prevention is lifestyle change, including exercise. So we've got some preliminary data that suggests exercise has a benefit on cognitive function for people with Down syndrome. But our next, I think, Big 4A is really about is about prevention on a much bigger scale than we're doing now.
