Matt Borsuk: I kind of launched this passion for markets from when I was a teenager, really. My first trades were in my dad's account; I wasn't legal to trade yet. He landed his first job out of school in the pro trading market making division of one of the big banks here in Canada. "I think that coming together with all my other knowledge is kind of giving me a very good, you know, well around the view of the market," he says.
