Atherton, Queensland - The Story of Vicki Arnold and Julianne Lay

Vicki Arnold and Julianne Lay were reported missing in Atherton, Queensland. Local police officer Bernard Wilkes was one of the first to find out about their disappearance. He visited Vicki's apartment where he found a box of bullets but no firearm. The temperature had dropped to minus 1.7 degrees Celsius on Friday night. If the two women were lost in the bush somewhere, they could have succumbed to the elements.
