Is the Iranian Drones Changing the Calculus?
Iranian drones have not been strategically so important, mainly because they are being shot down at a rate of about 90% in each attack. But these Shahid 136 drones can be used in high numbers and only cost about 20,000 each. And the Russians calculate, I think, that if they can keep on as we're trying to overwhelm the anti-aircraft defense system of Ukraine, eventually they'll do more damage to the Ukrainian National Infrastructure.
