Sorrow Is a Vehicle to Unbelief
Sorrow is evidence that love hasn't fully consummated creation yet. And therefore God must also feel the sorrow. So I think where the unbelief comes from is when we ask the why questionGod, why is this happening? Why won't you do this? It's the wise. But if we're trying to understand God, it will likely lead us to unbelief because understanding sorrow and hardship is very, very hard.
