Sincerity Is a Great Philter
i like the word sincerity as a new pilter, because if someone is sincere you can just sniff it. But these old paradime formats of the broadcast news and the pancake make a am no t let me. It leads you to think how much is just appealing to the pilter, versus much his actual useful data for the construction of a truthful perspective. And i think this is an interesting development in our notion of bias in media. I think by virtue of the fact that now everyone can be a source of media, let's say, because everyone can broadcast themselves to millions of people you have more options than ever before.
