Joe Mansion Is Against the Child Tax Credit
Sally Kohn: The child tax credit bill is incredibly popular in west virginia. She says that joe mansion, who opposes it because he thinks poor parents will use the money for drugs, doesn't understand his own people are more decent than he is. Kohn: He's a terrible person who is incredibly greedy and only cares about money. And so he assumes so do poor people and so do middle class people. But everybody in washington wants to cover id up," she said.
