How Do You Manage Your Focus?

Every place is different so you can't just start with like the research and then do interesting interesting interesting. It takes a little while to kind of assess where you can add the most value in your new role. There's still things that I'm learning every day about whether it's a product or the organization. The amount of time you need to spend evangelizing or influencing or trying to articulate why this is the right approach diminishes over time which is good awesome.
