What Is a Self-Critic Session?

I would often take my staff out of the country, and this was an incredible opportunity to expose them to the outside world. It was also fascinating to see what they would do when they're away from North Korea. And I was essentially their minder. They actually loved it; they were pretending to be us. But then they did get together and say, how are we going to report this back? How are wegoing to explain this?
