"It's almost a physical process of learning at this point," he says. "The one thing i would notice about your first six months is the struggle with giving the no, because you're so enthusiastic and you're so stick" 'You have to go from this agratical optimism, beleaving any possible than, to being cut throat in your decision making,' she adds. "'I'm always thinking, ok, how does this investment give me an ability to give me more money?' And that's why i love instead of the now, which is the hardest part of the job."
