The Warburg Collection at the Kertow Institute

The Warburg collection at the Kertow Institute in London was a source for many things, including Saturn and melancholy. The person who gave us Casa Aranos and the Aranos lectures had been an analysis with Jung. She basically said, you really need to do something in the world. And what she did was Aranos and Aranos became a wonderful think tank for Jungians. There were just as there were Count Karzaling in Jung's time. It was Abbey Warburg creating this wonderful archive of cultural images.
