The Importance of Optimism in Iowa

Tim Scott is spending a lot of money in the state of Iowa. He's got an ad up on TV right now where he sort of attacks the will culture. And somebody like him is obviously trademark now is optimism and a message that is very different from what you're hearing from a lot of other candidates. So I just think a guy like him has a shot and in Iowa, the game, I feel like it's anybody's game, right? Well, almost anybody's game right now at least at the top.
