The Importance of Thinking Outside the Box
I took it as a complete outsider reading about it in a press account. Me turning up their kilt is not the strangest thing that I've seen, but it is. It's a place where really much more so than other banks certainly in the 90s. All Goldman was interested in was, where are you good at your job? Then certainly this obviously turning up in a clown costume at the client meeting would probably be a very quick way of getting far. That's I probably couldn't violently disagree with that view.
