How to Build Strength in the Posterior Chain

Stephen was able to build some strength through deadlifting in the posterior chain and then apply it to the climbing wall week on week. If you have a home wall setting, seek out boulder routes that have small feet or here's something novel set around with medium sized hands and small feet. And so instead of obsessing on the arm and hand movements, make the purpose of the exercise being training that toe down and that posterior chain stiffness.
