Is There Evidence of an Eu Presence in the Refugee Response?

The speed of what happened, i think, made very, very difficult for any of the traditional kind of institutions that will step up and form a refugee response to get anything vaguely sort of comparable with what they they run. I in other places in the world where there'v been big displacement crises and the lack of an e u Presence or an e u cornation was also very striking. But bit striking that it was really ordinary people, for the first month and a half, that were able to make sure that there was anyone doing any of this stuff to helpy.
