Henry: I think understanding the problem instead of just converging to a solution is really important. We need to define solutions boundaries, in particular what's in scope and what is out of scope. Henry: There are 20 practices that can help you visualize these things; we won't be covering all of them for sure but I'll just pick some from my interest. And there's some pictures you can draw to help you visualization these things.
